Booking terms

A booking is confirmed when a signed booking form and deposit have been received. The deposit is non-refundable but is deducted from your final fee.

Final payment

The balance of the package fee is due no later than 28 days before the wedding. Payment by bank transfer.

Image delivery

A small preview gallery is delivered within around three days. The full hand-edited gallery is delivered within 10–12 weeks of the wedding via a private online gallery, with a print release for personal use included.

Use of images

Tina retains copyright in all images. A print release for personal use is included with your gallery. Tina also retains the right to use a small selection of images for portfolio and marketing purposes; if you'd prefer your wedding to remain entirely private let her know in advance.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to reschedule, Tina will do her best to honour the new date — subject to availability. If you cancel outright, the deposit is retained. Exceptional circumstances will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Travel

Travel within the stated package zone is included. Travel beyond the zone is by agreement; a small additional travel fee may apply.
