From first hello to full gallery.
A quiet, predictable timeline. No surprises — and a preview gallery back to you within a few days of the wedding, so you have something to share while it still feels fresh.

Step one

Get in touch
Drop me a line via the contact form. Tell me the venue (or rough area), the date, and the rough shape of the day. I'll come back within a day or two with availability and any first thoughts.
Step two

We chat
A short call or longer email exchange to walk through the day, talk through Half Day vs Full Day vs Premier, and answer anything you'd like to know about how I work.
Step three

Book the date
A signed booking form and a deposit reserves your date. From here it's yours; no double-booking, no shuffling.
Step four

Run-up call
Around four weeks out, a quick call to lock down the timing: prep, ceremony, key moments, group shots if you want them, evening reception.
Step five

The day
I arrive on time and stay out of the way. Small kit, no flashy lights. I shoot the day you have — guests, weather, kids and all.
Step six

Preview gallery
A selection of hand-picked images from throughout your day — a tiny glimpse of the love captured — within around three days, so you have something to share while it all still feels fresh.
Step seven

Full gallery
Your full hand-edited gallery arrives within 10–12 weeks via a private online gallery — easy to share, easy to download, print release included.
