Tina Hevingham trades as Tina Hevingham Photography, a sole-trader business based in Delph, Saddleworth. This is a plain-English summary of how your data is used when you contact us via this website or book a wedding.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form or otherwise send us a message we collect your name (and your partner's name if you provide it), email address, phone number if given, wedding date, venue, package preference, and the message itself.

How we use it

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and — if you book — to administer the wedding. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Image use

If you book a wedding, by default Tina retains the right to use a small selection of images in the portfolio, on social media, and in marketing. If you'd prefer your wedding to remain entirely private, let her know — that's absolutely fine.

Service providers

We use Resend to send email, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding. These are reputable processors that handle data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing weddings@tinahevingham.co.uk. We'll respond within a calendar month.

Cookies

The website uses minimal first-party analytics that don't identify you personally. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
